Regular Care Makes a Difference.
All playground equipment should be inspected regularly, with maintenance frequency adjusted according to usage, weather conditions, installation environment and applicable local requirements.
Key inspection points include:
Check structural stability and connections.
Inspect bolts, nuts, brackets and fasteners for looseness.
Look for worn, cracked, damaged or missing components.
Check swings, ropes, chains and moving parts for wear.
Inspect slides, climbing elements and access points.
Ensure surrounding play areas remain free from hazards.
Replace damaged or excessively worn components before further use.
Equipment with suspected structural damage should be taken out of service until it has been properly assessed and repaired.
